Created to provide a non-political Martial Arts Organization providing a conduit for training, promotion and networking amongst all Martial Artists, regardless of style or system, who exhibit the standards, morals and philosophies consistent with the ways of a true Martial Artist, by maintaining examples of respect, humility, honor, integrity, might for right and an open mind for continued learning.

MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a conduit for Martial Artists, who have exhibited the moral, mental, and physical attributes consistent with the true values of the Martial Arts, the opportunity to seek advancement and receive promotional rank when circumstances of fate or other reasons require them to do so and to be the Black Belt certifying organization for certain Martial Art schools which have been accepted into the Independent Warriors Association.
